In the 2010 Call for proposals financial support has been provided under the following Leonardo da Vinci centralised actions:
- Multilateral projects for Development of Innovation are co-operation projects that aim to improve the quality of
training systems through the development of innovative contents, methods and procedures within vocational
education and training. Of the 269 proposals submitted, 38 were funded. The total EU co-funding amounts to EUR 12.96 million. - Networks aim at strengthening the link between the various ‘actors’ involved in vocational training, to improve the
quality, European dimension and visibility of activities or issues of common interest in the field of vocational and
educational training. Of the 28 proposals submitted, 5 were funded. The total EU co-funding amounts to EUR 2.33 million. - Accompanying Measures support communication activities, thematic monitoring of projects and dissemination and
exploitation of project results. Of the 9 proposals submitted, 2 were funded. The total EU co-funding amounts to EUR 0.24 million.
This Compendium also includes projects selected under two specific calls for proposals published in 2010 in the
framework of the Leonardo da Vinci programme:
- "Support to national projects to test and develop the credit system for vocational education and training" (ECVET): 8
projects were funded for a total EU co-funding amount of EUR 2.16 million. - "Support to national projects for the development of a national approach to improve the quality assurance of vocational
education and training (VET) systems by promoting and developing the use of the European quality assurance reference
framework in vocational education and training" (EQAVET): 5 projects were funded for a total EU co-funding amount of
EUR 0.83 million.
